About Us

We are a SEBI-registered investment advisory firm focused on empowering employees with unbiased, goal-based financial planning and investment guidance. We help corporate teams build financial wellness, reduce financial stress, and create long-term wealth through transparent fee-only advisory.


Role Overview

This role is responsible for acquiring and managing corporate partnerships, building relationships with HR leaders, and enabling employee onboarding onto our investment advisory platform. The ideal candidate understands corporate HR processes, and financial wellness programs.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and onboard corporate HR partners for employee financial wellness programs
  • Present our financial planning platform, services, and employee benefits to corporate HR and management teams
  • Drive end-to-end employee onboarding into our platform - webinars, workshops, sign-ups, and engagement activities
  • Organize financial wellness events, education sessions, and planning clinics for employees
  • Build strong long-term relationships with HR stakeholders & internal champions
  • Track participation, engagement, and conversion metrics to achieve onboarding targets
  • Coordinate with advisory and operations teams to ensure smooth employee experience
  • Stay updated on financial planning concepts and communicate value clearly


Key Skills & Qualifications

  • 2–6 years’ experience in Corporate Sales / Partnerships / BFSI engagement
  • Strong communication & presentation skills
  • Experience conducting webinars / seminars / engagement sessions
  • Ability to understand and explain financial planning concepts (training provided)
  • Excellent relationship-building, negotiation & stakeholder management
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and customer-focused


Preferred Background

  • Experience in investment advisory / insurance / fintech / wellness programs
  • Exposure to corporate HR stakeholder management
  • NISM certifications (nice to have; will be supported if not present)

Compensation
