Key Responsibilities: - Business Development: Identify and secure new business opportunities in the financial services sector, with a focus on B2B sales and corporate partnerships. - Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with corporate clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention. - Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute targeted sales campaigns that promote sustainable and ethical financial solutions, while driving revenue and meeting sales targets. - Consultative Selling: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing tailored financial solutions and advice based on their unique needs and challenges. - Partnership Development: Identify and develop strategic partnerships with other businesses and financial organizations to expand service offerings and maximize value for clients. - Account Management: Manage a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring the delivery of services, addressing any issues, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. - Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product, and operations, to align sales efforts with company objectives and ensure client needs are met. - CSR & Sustainability Integration: Drive the integration of corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives into financial solutions and client engagements, focusing on ethical practices and long-term sustainability. Qualifications Required: - Proven track record of 4.6+ years in B2B sales, corporate partnerships, or business development. - Experience in the financial services industry is preferred, but not mandatory. - Strong ability to develop and implement strategic sales campaigns. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on relationship building. - Ability to manage complex accounts and client relationships. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess business needs and offer tailored solutions. - Demonstrated understanding of corporate social responsibility (CSR) practices and the ability to incorporate them into sales strategies. - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field (Masters preferred). - Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team.,
