Corporate Partnerships Manager

The position of Manager - Corporate Partnerships at Plan International involves being responsible for adhering to and working within the ambit of Plan India's Safeguarding & Gender Equality Policies. This role focuses on raising funds through foundations, CSR-driven corporations, and other philanthropy-driven organizations in India to create a lasting impact on the lives of poor and vulnerable children and their communities. The Manager is expected to prospect for new donors, meet with CSR/HR heads at various organizations, create high-quality proposal documents, manage key accounts, and ensure effective grant management and donor servicing. Key functions and responsibilities include: - Donor prospecting and acquisition by networking with senior CSR stakeholders, exploring areas of intersectionality with current donors, coordinating with international Plan offices for program funding, and representing Plan India at corporate forums and events. - Proposal development by playing a crucial role in developing top-quality proposals and concept notes, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring timely submission after feedback incorporation. - Key account management, retention, and donor servicing by liaising with project teams, updating donors on project progress, coordinating project visits, ensuring effective donor compliance, and managing grant agreements. - Management of donor pipeline by developing and maintaining an active pipeline of prospective corporate partners to meet fundraising targets. The ideal candidate should be a graduate with an MBA (preferred) and possess excellent communication skills. They should have 8-10 years of relevant experience in business development in the social sector and proficiency in MS Office for developing impactful pitch decks and concept notes.
