About MHFA India: Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) India is a licensed provider of Mental Health Training Programs, aimed at increasing Mental Health Literacy, reducing Stigma, and promoting early help-seeking behaviours. MHFA India works with MNCs, Institutions, Organizations, and individuals to deliver High-Quality Mental Health Awareness Training across the country through Online, In-Person, and Hybrid sessions. Job Summary: The Business Development – Partnership Manager will be responsible for:

  • Business Growth: Create an active revenue pipeline achieve profitable sales and manage client relationships routinely.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the MD to develop and implement strategic plans that will lead to more business partnerships.
  • Onboarding Partner: Drive channel partner acquisition by identifying, onboarding, while negotiating strategic terms and performance expectations.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, clients, and regulatory bodies.
  • Reporting & Performance Management: Maintain dashboards and ZOHO CRM records for partner activity, pipeline, and closures; track KPIs and prepare monthly insights.
  • Performance Monitoring: Set, implement, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and drive continuous improvement of sales team.

Qualifications:

  • Education: MBA/PGDBA/PGDBM.
  • Certification: A Certificate in Counselling, Psychology, or any Mental Health Training or Real-Life Experience will be a GREAT plus.
  • Experience: A minimum of 6 years of work experience, with experience in Health Sector or EAP is required.

Skillsets:

  • Sales, Business Development, Marketing, and Client Servicing will be highly required.
  • Strong channel partner management and negotiation skills
  • Sales planning, territory mapping, and execution capabilities
  • Proficiency in ZOHO CRM tools and Excel reporting
  • Strategic thinking with market awareness and adaptability
  • Exceptional Communication and Inter-personal skills
  • Fluent in Professional English: reading, writing, listening, and speaking.
  • Excellent strategic Planning and Execution capabilities
  • Strong Problem-solving and Decision-Making abilities.
  • Ability to Build and Nurture Relationships with diverse stakeholders.

Compensation Package & Proposed Benefits:

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
