Job Overview:

Corporate Operations Associate


Key Responsibilities:

Vendor Management (Domestic & International)

  • Manage sourcing, onboarding, and compliance documentation for domestic and international suppliers.
  • Maintain strong professional relationships with vendors, ensuring clear communication and timely resolution of issues.
  • Track supplier performance, delivery timelines, and adherence to contracts.
  • Coordinate with finance and logistics for international payments, imports/exports, and compliance requirements.


Stakeholder Management

  • Act as a coordination bridge between internal teams and external partners/vendors.
  • Ensure clear, timely, and professional communication across stakeholders.
  • Support leadership in executing cross-functional projects and operational initiatives.
  • Anticipate stakeholder needs, follow up proactively, and ensure smooth flow of information.


HR Support & Employee Handling

  • Support employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.
  • Handle day-to-day employee queries and provide timely assistance.
  • Maintain HR records, documentation, and ensure compliance with HR processes.
  • Assist in recruitment coordination and scheduling interviews when required.


Administrative Support

  • Manage day-to-day office administration tasks
  • Track attendance and ensure adherence to company policies.


Requirements:

  • 3-8 years of experience in operations, administration, or HR coordination.
  • Proven experience in vendor management
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to balance multiple priorities and communicate across diverse teams.
  • Ability to multitask, a proactive & detail-oriented mindset
