Job Description

Role & responsibilities-

1. Talent Acquisition

Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer rollouts.
Collaborate with business leaders to understand workforce requirements and plan hiring accordingly.
Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.

2. Performance Management

Drive the performance management lifecycle, including goal setting, mid-year reviews, and annual appraisals.
Coordinate confirmation process for probationary employees in alignment with performance feedback.
Support managers in performance discussions and improvement plans.

3. Employee Engagement & Experience

Act as a point of contact for employees to address grievances and concerns through regular connects.
Plan and execute engagement activities to enhance team morale and retention.
Ensure effective communication between employees and leadership teams.

4. HR Operations Support

Liaise with the payroll and HR operations team to ensure accurate and timely processing of employee-related transactions.
Assist in documentation, HRIS updates, and compliance requirements as needed.
