Corporate Event Manager

We are looking for an experienced Corporate Event Manager to lead, plan, and execute impactful corporate events, conferences, exhibitions, and brand activations. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, creativity, vendor management expertise, and the ability to deliver memorable experiences aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and execute corporate events, conferences, exhibitions, and product launches.
• Develop event strategies aligned with company branding and business goals.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and vendor contracts efficiently.
• Coordinate with internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners.
• Handle logistics, venue selection, catering, AV, and technical arrangements.
• Oversee event marketing, invitations, and attendee engagement activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and legal requirements.
• Measure event success and prepare post-event reports with ROI analysis.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Event Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (mandatory).
• Master’s degree (MBA in Event Management, Marketing, or Business Administration) is preferred but not mandatory.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5–10 years of proven experience as an Event Manager in the corporate sector.
• Strong expertise in event planning, budgeting, and vendor negotiations.
• Excellent project management, multitasking, and organizational skills.
• Strong communication, leadership, and team management abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office, project management tools, and event management software.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have

• Experience with digital/virtual event platforms.
• Knowledge of marketing strategies and brand activations.
• Certification in Event Management/Project Management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
