Corporate Event Manager

The ideal candidate for the position of Event Manager should be a dynamic and result-oriented professional with a strong background in managing corporate events, client servicing, and business development. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and executing events end-to-end, building client relationships, and contributing to business growth. Your key responsibilities will include leading the management of corporate events from concept development to post-event evaluation, acquiring new business opportunities by pitching event solutions to potential clients, creating impactful presentations and proposals tailored to client needs, maintaining strong client relationships, coordinating with internal teams and vendors for seamless event execution, managing event budgets effectively, staying updated on market trends and competitor activities, and bringing fresh and innovative ideas to the table. To be successful in this role, you should have proven experience in managing corporate events, excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, proficiency in MS Office (especially PowerPoint), and willingness to travel for client meetings and on-site event coordination.
