About the Job Role: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive executive assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to senior leadership. The ideal candidate will excel in calendar scheduling, time management, and communication, ensuring seamless coordination and operational efficiency. This role requires a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and demonstrates exceptional problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities Administrative Support: Manage and maintain executives' calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments. Organize and prepare documents for meetings, presentations, and reports. Time and Task Management: Prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects with minimal supervision. Ensure deadlines are met and follow up on action items to ensure completion. Communication and Correspondence: Act as the point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders. Draft, review, and edit emails, letters, and other forms of communication. Travel Coordination: Arrange travel plans, itineraries, and accommodations for executives. Process expense reports and ensure timely reimbursements. Meeting and Event Coordination: Plan and organize meetings, events, and conferences, including logistics and materials. Record minutes of meetings and follow up on action items. Confidentiality and Professionalism: Handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality and discretion. Maintain a professional demeanor in all interactions. Required Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in any field. Prior experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role. Familiarity with travel planning and expense management tools. Key Skills & Competencies Excellent organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and scheduling tools. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. High level of discretion and confidentiality. Accounts Payable Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Payable Executive with 1–2 years of experience to manage our vendor payments and financial obligations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate processing of invoices, reconciling accounts, and maintaining strong vendor relationships. Key Responsibilities: Prepare purchase orders and match vendor invoices against POs for accuracy. Record invoices accurately, ensuring compliance with internal controls and tax regulations. Process vendor payments on time, verifying bank details and due dates. Reconcile vendor statements regularly and resolve discrepancies promptly. Maintain and update vendor master data accurately. Support month-end and year-end closings with required reports and reconciliations. Coordinate with internal teams for timely invoice approvals. Keep accurate and organized records of all AP transactions for audit readiness. Monitor aging reports and follow up on pending items to avoid delays or penalties. Provide necessary documentation for internal and external audits. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field 1–2 years of experience in Accounts Payable or related function Strong knowledge of accounting principles and invoice processing Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, Oracle, or similar) Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Strong communication and problem-solving skills
