Corporate Event Manager

As a Marketing Services company, you will play a vital role in planning and executing various events for our clients. Your responsibilities will include: - Planning and coordinating all aspects of company events such as conferences, seminars, trade shows, product launches, and client meetings. - Developing event timelines, budgets, and logistics plans to ensure smooth execution. - Liaising with hotels, vendors, and suppliers, negotiating contracts for event-related services. - Maintaining comprehensive event documentation, including reports, attendee lists, and financial records. - Providing new ideas and support for event planning, strategy, and development to achieve targeted revenue. - Focusing on generating targeted revenue through events. - Coordinating with other teams to ensure successful event execution. - Being ready to travel at short notice. To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements: - Proven experience of 4-5 years in event planning, operations, or management, preferably in a B2B marketing/event agency. - Ability to conceptualize and ideate new event-related themes. - Good connections with various event fabricators and vendors. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. - Strong project management skills to handle multiple projects concurrently and meet tight deadlines.
