Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership:

  Develop and execute the global events strategy aligned with corporate marketing and business objectives.

• Event Management:

  Plan, manage, and deliver large-scale, complex customer events including conferences, summits, and executive programs from concept to execution.

• Team Leadership:

  Lead and mentor a high-performing events team; manage agency and vendor relationships.

• Budget Oversight:

  Own event budgets, ensuring ROI, cost control, and performance measurement.

• Stakeholder Collaboration:

  Partner with senior executives, sales, marketing, and product teams to define event goals, messaging, and success metrics.

• Innovation & Experience:

  Drive creativity and innovation in event formats, technologies, and customer engagement approaches.

• Risk & Compliance Management:

  Oversee event logistics, contracts, risk management, and on-site execution to ensure quality and compliance.

Qualifications:

• 1520 years of progressive experience in event management, ideally in B2B or global corporate environments.
  
• Proven experience managing

  large, complex customer events

  (1,000+ attendees, multi-day, multi-region).
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills at senior levels.
  
• Excellent project management, negotiation, and communication skills.
  
• Demonstrated ability to manage large budgets and deliver measurable outcomes.
  
• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (Masters preferred).
