Senior Travel Consultants

Key Responsibilities

Handle
international
for corporate clients.
Work on
Amadeus and Sabre GDS
for booking, reissuance, cancellations, and refunds.
Manage
end-to-end travel requests
including flights, hotels, and itinerary coordination.
Ensure fare accuracy, ticketing compliance, and timely PNR updates.
Deliver high-quality customer service and build strong client relationships.
Coordinate with airlines, vendors, and internal teams for smooth travel operations.

Desired Candidate Profile

Amadeus & Sabre experience Mandatory
Strong hands-on experience in
ticketing (issuance, reissue, cancellation, refund)
Minimum
2 years
of experience in an
international or corporate travel process
Excellent
communication and email handling skills
Candidates must be based in
Mumbai
