Job Title: Assistant Manager - Ticketing

Location

Job Summary:

Assistant Manager - Ticketing

Key Responsibilities:

Handle
domestic and international ticketing
using Amadeus software.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders in
English, Hindi, and Telugu
.
Manage travel arrangements and ensure seamless travel experiences for clients/employees.
Handle travel-related expense reporting, preferably using
Zoho Expenses Tool
.
Work out of
Chennai
, with the flexibility to travel to
Hyderabad
as needed.
Ensure timely completion of tasks and meet operational targets.

Required Skills:

Proficiency in
Amadeus Software
for ticketing (Domestic & International).
Strong verbal and written communication in
English, Hindi, and Telugu
.
Experience managing travel logistics and expense reporting.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Preferred Attributes:

Familiarity with
Zoho Expenses Tool
.
Ability to join
immediately
.
Willingness to travel as part of the role.
