Role & responsibilities

Ensure cabin operations are conducted in accordance with
IndiGo safety policy
,
SMS Manual
, and regulatory standards.
Support
in-flight processes
across Cabin Attendants and In-flight Bases.
Create
digital content
for ease of understanding by crew members.
Design and draft
circulars, communications, and SOP updates
.
Manage
data handling and reporting
for inflight operations.
Collaborate with multiple stakeholders and manage
projects within timelines
.
Analyze business challenges using a
data-driven approach
and provide actionable recommendations.
Pitch new ideas and drive
process improvements
.
Perform duties as defined for IndiGo personnel in
Safety Policy
and
SMS Manual
.

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum 1
years of experience into Inflight Services and Cabin Crew Operations / Travel Content Writing
, preferably in
Aviation /

Inflight Services
.
Strong knowledge of
Inflight SOPs Service & Safety
.
Proficiency in
MS Office Suite
(Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
Excellent
verbal and written communication skills
.
Ability to create
interactive content
using various platforms and tools.
Skilled in
content writing
, designing, and drafting communications.
Strong
data management and organizational skills
.
Ability to manage
multiple projects effectively within different timelines
.
Analytical mindset with
data-driven problem-solving skills
.
Eagerness to
take initiatives and pitch new ideas
.
Collaborative team player with
flexibility in work timings
