Minimum 5 years experience in Amadeus GDS
At least 5 years working experience with Ground handling
Understands Amadeus LSS
The position includes being System Specialist for the Amadeus Altea Suite applications
Analytical skills to support decision making
Deep understanding of agile ways of working
Experience of system support
Knowledge in system integration and dependencies
Fluent in English and one Scandinavian language
Broad Airline industry knowledge, specifically the business areas Airport, Groundhandling and Departure Control
Experience of different self-service channels
Knowledge and understanding of airport infrastructure
Understanding of device management; managed and common use
Involvement and participation in working groups for standardization
