As a Lead - Terminal Operations at Adani Airports Holding Limited, your primary responsibility is to oversee the strategic direction, management, and optimization of terminal operations. To be successful in this role, you should have: - 12-15 years of experience in aviation safety or a related field. - Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing safety programs in an airport environment. - A proven track record of leading safety initiatives and managing a team of safety professionals. Education Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Safety Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field. - Advanced certification in Aviation Safety Management or a relevant field is preferred. Certifications Required: - Certified Aviation Safety Professional (CASP). - Additional certifications in safety management systems or risk assessment are advantageous.,

To Carry out the routine activities of aviation safety department. Assisting the Safety Manager in setting up and maintenance of world class aviation safety standards for BIAL. To comply with Indian and International laws, regulations and rules in achieving the aviation safety management tasks. Carry out on the spot preliminary investigation on incidents/accidents and submit reports in the area of responsibility. To conduct detailed investigations into the airside incidents. To conduct formal root cause analysis for the critical incidents. Assist in preparing and submitting incidents as part of DGCA reporting. Carry out aircraft turnaround audits daily as per the plan. To issue Airside Driver, Vehicle and Equipment Permits. Conduct audit of airlines and GHAs as per the audit plan. Inform Safety Manager regarding any Incident/Accident or major safety violations in the Airport and act as per instructions. Carry out speed checks & Alco-meter checks as per schedule. Manning of command post vehicle. Collect evidence (Photographs, Videos etc.) during accidents. Support the DSA, in the event of manning the Command Post Vehicle, by taking over all safety functions during the shift. Carryout the functions of Safety Investigation Coordinator (SIC) till the designated SIC reports during aircraft incident/accident. Continue oversight functions at the area of responsibility. Maintain a close and harmonious working relationship with all staff working on the airside.
