1. To coordinate with all stations to maintain safety awareness issue Safety fliers etc.
2. To assist in performing station audits as per the guidelines.
3. To prepare audit reports and follow up on the closure of audit observations/findings with stations.
4. To coordinate with stations for timely dispatch of hazard and other ramp safety related reports.
5. To assist in implementing SMS (Safety Management System) across the network.
6. Compilation of various MIS reports related to ramp practices and incidents etc.
7. To assist in internal safety audits carried out by flight safety or by external agencies.
8. To proactively initiate and sustain the safety culture as per the IndiGo standards and practices by actively being on the ramp and praising good work.
9. To assist in compilation, revisions of IndiGo manuals.
10. As and when required, coordinate with departmental team members to assist them in their day to day work.
