Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Handling of reservations and ticketing by using the corresponding reservation system (GDS)
Ticketing manual/automated
Handling of Groups and Allotments
Distribution of price quotations and information
Handling of end-consumer and trade enquiries via calls and emails
TSR Reconciliation
Handling BSP Link enquiries, e.g. ADM, ACM, Refunds
Bi-weekly benchmarking competitive fares for offices internationally

Preferred candidate profile

Well versed with MS Office tools
Excellent analytical ability
Excellent knowledge of Airline - GDS (e.g. Amadeus/Sabre/Astral)
Proficiency in the Usage of Internet
Should have basic excel knowledge
Experiences in the tourism sector
IATA Knowledge and experiences in ticketing
Fluency in English, further languages preferred
Punctuality and reliability
Ability to operate independently and with little guidance in a fast-paced, constantly evolving international environment whilst directly contributing to the company's growth and success
