Job Description

1. Financial To support in executing the growth goals, organization transformation and protects and promotes the reputation of the business in the region Minimize excessive expenditure through effectively managing the CA Department budget whilst consistently identifying and initiating cost saving initiatives Liaise with relevant departments in the region to ensure mitigation of regulatory risks by way of identifying, assessing and creating mitigation plans for the same Take initiatives to drive growth for DCBL and ensure sustained growth in line with long-term and short-term objectives of the organization 2. Customer Support the development of the executive committee's reputation management and stakeholder engagement capabilities Continuously monitor compliance with statutory obligations and share the observations with the management accordingly Liaise with govt. and local authorities such as municipality and govt. bodies for matters pertaining to laws and ensure compliance to applicable laws Ensure adherence to legal requirements across the region Formulate compliance check-lists to be used to ensure that the organization always adheres with the laws put in by the Central and state governments 3. Operations Co-ordinate with various Department to timely file claims and speedy processing of the incentive proposal Identify Avenues for diversification Ensure all statutory compliances and timely overcoming bottlenecks Change opinion to ensure Groups goals are represented Build Ongoing sustainable relation both at political and bureaucratic level. CM office, Police Heads and Chief Secretary on a call reach Ensure initiation and sensitization of the employees towards digitization and automation of the processes Focus on utilization of advanced business analytics tools to derive key insights critical for the success of the organization 4. Self/ Team Development Chart out succession plan; identify and groom team members for higher responsibilities Recommend trainings as required for Self development Chart out a clear talent development plan and identify and update their knowledge base to cater to the organizational need
