Job RequirementsMeeting and knowing the client's requirements for electrical and mechanical needs.Designing, drafting EPLAN drawings and site installation at site as a project engineer.Reading and interpreting the logical flow diagram.Explaining to the clients how electrical components operate.Using automation software to write PLC programs.Preparing documents to instruct the users how to use the device and other safety instrument.Testing the program using automation equipment for its reliability.Troubleshooting any faults in the system.Supervising the installation of PLC programs.Providing guidance and support to the Technicians.Offering training to the Technicians and other team members. Maintaining the PLC programs and make new PLC, Servo VFD, SCADA and HMI Program. Part procumbent help to purchase team. Working in coordination with Engineering and Production team.Job ResponsibilitiesAs a PLC Programmer, responsible candidate will be responsible for writing PLC programs for automation equipment. Individual will also be responsible for installing these programs along with Technician. In addition to this, individual should be testing the system efficiency as and when required at site. To be successful as a PLC Programmer, individual should have a sound knowledge of electrical and mechanical principles. Individual should also have experience in finding faults in the system. Moreover, individual should have an excellent ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.
