We are looking for Senior Controller - R&D Finance in FT Division of STSPL India

You’ll make a difference by:

Ensures consistency with outstanding Controlling standards, policies, and procedures, and embraces respective local and global processes.
Budget planning and regular forecast for Research and Predevelopment units of Technology India. Ensure accurate cost control, Monitor, and clarify deviations between actual and plan, support management team in reviewing and adjusting business plans, if vital, in a timely manner.
Supervise financial performance, provide KPI analysis, prepare and comment respective performance report required by local management or Technology Field Global Finance Heads. Ensure transparency, accuracy, and timeliness of various reports.
Coordination with global Technology field finance heads in driving financial strategies for their respective research groups / technology fields in India.
Continuous efficiency monitoring as part of revenue controlling and analyzing efficiency achievements on regular basis. Experience in controlling R&D.
Actively participate in digital transformation related projects or process optimization driven locally or by T FIN.
Controlling and reporting financial performance of research groups including strategic topics and supervising project KPIs.
Adherence to compliance guidelines, governance processes and ensuring ethical approach to finance.

Your success is grounded in:

Qualified chartered accountant or MBA from reputed business school
At least 6 to 8 years’ experience in financial analysis / controlling / accounting, Siemens’ experience is preferred.
Extensive experience in Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP. Experience in tools like Power BI would be value-added.
Structured thinking and good analytic skills.
Quick learner and self-motivated, and open-minded for changes.
Responsible and reliable with good communication skills. Strong team player, able to adapt to challenges and changes.
Proficient in English, other foreign languages would be an added advantage.
