🔹 Position: Controller of Examination

🔹 Location: Mahaveer University, Meerut, Uttar Pradesh

🔹 Employment Type: Full-time

🔹 Must Have Experience: Must be working in similar position in a University in India

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the end-to-end planning, execution, and evaluation of all university examinations.

Ensure timely and accurate scheduling, invigilation planning, and coordination with departments.

Maintain confidentiality, integrity, and security of examination materials and processes.

Supervise result compilation, publication, and management of student records.

Liaise with academic departments and regulatory bodies (AICTE, UGC, etc.) for compliance and reporting.

Lead the implementation of digital examination tools and automation where possible.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

Postgraduate degree in any discipline (Education or Management background preferred).

Strong administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.

Sound knowledge of university examination systems and statutory requirements.

Proficient in data handling, documentation, and MIS reporting.

Leadership ability to manage examination staff and coordinate with faculty.

Familiarity with examination software and ERP systems is a plus.
