Job Title:

Department:

Education:

Masters Degree (preferably Ph.D.) in a relevant discipline such as Education, Management, or a related field.
Additional certification in academic administration or assessment is a plus.

Experience:

Minimum of 10 years of experience in academic administration.
At least 5 years of direct experience in examination management or similar leadership roles in higher education institutions.

Knowledge and Skills:

In-depth understanding of university examination systems, academic regulations, and accreditation requirements.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Excellent knowledge of digital examination and result management systems.
Familiarity with data protection and academic integrity protocols.
Proficiency in MS Office, databases, and examination software/ERP systems.

Competencies:

High ethical standards and integrity.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
