Roles & Responsibilities Partner with key stakeholders in lead generation and nurturing teams to analyze trends and develop data-driven monthly and quarterly strategies. Track, analyze, and optimize weekly lead flow from various channels and regions, ensuring efficient conversion through data-backed insights. Break down overall sales targets into actionable weekly and daily metrics, leveraging analytics to drive performance and ensure timely execution. Create efficient processes to predict enrollment figures using diverse input metrics. Proactively spot enrollment changes, collaborate with stakeholders for root cause analysis, and guide interventions. Monitor and evaluate program metrics consistently to assess efficacy, pinpoint opportunities for enhancement, and generate reports on essential performance indicators. Propel a culture of continuous improvement by driving initiatives that optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales funnel. Guarantee a seamless end-to-end customer journey aligned with committed services. Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices pertinent to the Control Tower Function. Who are we looking for Proven experience in data analysis and team handling Excellent research and analytical skills, along with strong understanding of process development, project management, and strategy. Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and translate ideas into actionable plans.
