Position: Contracts Specialist

Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and proactive Contract Compliance Specialist to join our team. This role is vital in ensuring that all contractual obligations are clearly identified, monitored, and fulfilled. The ideal candidate will excel at analyzing contracts, identifying obligations, and providing support to various stakeholders to interpret contractual terms and manage obligations effectively.

Qualification & Experience:

• Degree in LLB
• 3 to 5 years of experience in Contracts and compliance management within Engineering/IT/ITES industry
• Proficient in contract lifecycle management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

Job Description:

• Detailed study of the contracts and understand the terms and conditions to identify contractual obligations and ensure obligations are created in the Contract Life Cycle Management (CLM) Tool.
• Develop and implement robust compliance monitoring processes to track adherence to contractual commitments.
• Maintain the Master list of Contracts and update the same on regular basis.
• Proactively raise awareness of contractual obligations, ensuring that all relevant parties understand their responsibilities.
• Recommend enhancements to existing processes and compliance tools to improve efficiency and streamline monitoring practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that all contractual obligations compliances are being submitted in the tool.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments of contract compliance as required.
• Provide support to the delivery team and other stakeholders in understanding and interpretation of the terms and conditions of the Contract.
• Provide data and reports as per the stakeholder’s request.
• Liaison with the CLM tool vendor for addressing any issues that arise and facilitating timely updates and resolutions.
