Job Description

Job Title: Contacts Manager

Location: Nizampet, Hyderabad

Working Hours: EST Business Hours (Night SHift)

Mode: Onsite (5 Days/Week)

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for paperwork (on-boarding process) for consultants, who gets selected at the client place.
Ensure all customer contracts are created, negotiated and maintained in accordance with company accepted guidelines and policies.
Responsible to review the Sub-Vendor/Vendor/Client Contracts in the on-boarding process.
Experience in handling the MSA's (Master Service Agreement) and PO's (Purchase Order) and extensive knowledge in reviewing the Clauses/Terms and Conditions in Agreements.
Free hand drafting and reviewing of various documents including, but not limited to contracts, letters, client communications and other miscellaneous legal documents.
Negotiate agreements via direct client/vendor discussions.
Sending and collecting the necessary documents like W9, COI, I9, consultant supporting documents and company related documents if requested by the vendor.
Gathering all the documents like (client letter, vendor letter MSA and SOW from clients, vendor or in between in them) for the H1Amendement/Extension.
Taking care of onboarding documentation at the time of joining and providing experience letters for the employees leaving our firm.
Collaborate with internal teams (legal, finance, operations) to understand requirements and mitigate risks.
Customize templates to meet specific project or client needs while adhering to company guidelines.
Maintain an organized database of contracts, amendments, and correspondence.
Ensure that employees' work visas, permits, and legal documentation are processed on time to avoid work disruptions
Candidates must have good communication skills and recruiting skills.
