Job Summary

Looking for a highly experienced Senior Legal Manager to lead all land/legal matters, due diligence, documentation, and statutory approvals for large Industrial and Infrastructure projects across India.

Key Responsibilities

Land & Legal Matters

• Identify suitable land partners and conduct land search, title verification, and due diligence.
  
• Manage end-to-end land documentation, drafting of sale deeds, registration, mutation, conversion, and land use change.
  
• Handle legal queries, disputes, litigations, and ensure closure of all land-related cases.
  
• Maintain accurate legal records, compliance documents, and land transaction files.
  

Statutory Approvals

• Apply for and obtain approvals from Panchayat, Zila Parishad, Local Development Authorities, and other regulatory bodies.
  
• Liaise with government departments for land conversion, mutation, layout approvals, and utility allotments.
  
• Stay updated on real estate laws, RERA, and state/central regulations to ensure 100% compliance.
  
• Resolve legal roadblocks impacting project timelines.
  

Skills & Attributes

• Strong knowledge of Indian real estate laws, land acquisition rules, and government approvals.
  
• Hands-on experience with land records, registrations, and documentation.
  
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and coordination skills.
  
• Ability to independently manage legal disputes and statutory processes.
