Job Description

Job Summary:

Legal Executive will be responsible for managing legal affairs, ensuring statutory compliance, drafting and reviewing contracts, and supporting the companys legal operations. The role requires strong knowledge of corporate laws, labour laws, and commercial documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, MoUs, NDAs, and other legal documents.
Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
Handle legal notices, correspondences, and coordinate with external customers / legal departments.
Conduct legal research and provide opinions on various legal issues.
Maintain records of agreements, NDAs and other legal documents.
Advise management on legal risks and mitigation strategies.
Support in due diligence or regulatory filings as required.
Prepare periodic legal reports and compliance trackers.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in law (LLB)
Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate legal function or law firm.
Sound knowledge of corporate, commercial, and labour laws.
Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Proficiency in MS Office.

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with recent case laws and acts.
