The Legal Executive Recruiter for a construction company is responsible for sourcing and placing senior-level legal professionals—such as General Counsel, Deputy Counsel, Compliance Directors, Contract Managers, and Claims/Disputes Counsel—who support the company’s operational, contractual, and regulatory needs. This role requires deep knowledge of construction law, EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) contracts, risk, and compliance.
