Role & responsibilities

  • Document (Dastavej) Preparation & Registration

  • Prepare property-related Dastavej and handle the complete registration process.
  • Draft construction agreements, bonds, and manage notary documentation.
  • Title Verification & Legal Documentation

  • Conduct title checking and verify all property-related legal records.
  • Prepare and collect land-related revenue records.
  • Government Office Coordination

  • Manage City Survey Office work and follow up with Nagar Niyojak, NA, and DLR departments.
  • Maintain and coordinate 7/12 extract entries.
  • Utility Department Coordination

  • Coordinate with GEB (Electricity Board) for new and existing connections.
  • Legal & Compliance Management

  • Handle filing and documentation for all legal departments.
  • Prepare online applications for government portals and manage tokens for Dastavej registration.
  • Reporting & MIS

  • Prepare task reports, MIS reports, and maintain court case documentation.
  • Administrative Support

  • Complete any additional work assigned by senior authorities and management.
