Supervise the installation of HVAC, electrical, fire-fighting, plumbing, and drainage systems across multiple floors. Ensure vertical transportation systems (e.g., booster pumps, lift shafts, duct risers) are properly designed and implemented. Monitor progress and ensure alignment with the construction schedule and quality standards. Coordination & Management: Lead coordination meetings with MEP contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders. Manage clash detection and resolution using BIM and 3D coordination tools (e.g., Revit, Navisworks). Ensure MEP activities are fully integrated with civil, architectural, and structural works. Testing & Commissioning: Oversee system testing and commissioning, including pressure testing, balancing, and performance checks for high-rise systems. Ensure all vertical risers, pump systems, fire alarms, generators, and HVAC systems are commissioned to standards. Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all installations meet local building codes, international standards (e.g., ASHRAE, NFPA, NEC), and safety regulations. Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation including method statements, material approvals, and as-built drawings.
