Job Description

Key functions : Rate analysis, Tendering, Making Comparatives Responsibilities :- Preparation of prequalification requisites for various contracts Analyzing the vendors as per prerequisites , profiles, capabilities & suitability. Preparation, Interpretation & floating the tenders as per the schedules. Giving brief information to vendors about the terms & conditions of tenders. Short listing the vendor ,analysing tenders for the terms & conditions, comparatives & analysis. Responsible for preliminary negotiations & involved in final negotiation with HOD & VP. Awarding LOI & service orders, variation orders to vendors. Keeping updated market information about rates, terms etc. Contract management by arranging fortnight meetings project wise to resolve the contract related disputes. Coordinate with Contractor & Site incharge about contractors bills. Rate analysis for various civil works. Making preliminary & Final negotiations. Approve work orders in ERP Responsible for conducting reviews and considering legal aspects of contract award & administration, also to ensure orders are completed within budget & on time. Competencies Good in calculations Decision Making Ability Good Inter personal skills & communication skills both written and verbal. Problem solving skills Commercial awareness Team working skills
