Periodic review & control of contract costs • Budgetary control while finalising contracts. • Manage record-keeping for all contract-related correspondence and documentation. • Provide contract-related issue resolution, both internally and externally. Monitor and complete the contract close. out, extension, or renewal, as appropriate. • Responsible for the end to end process of contractor selection for all the trades along with negotiation and finalization of contractors.
