Job Description

Contracts Manager (HVAC)

Company Profile

Contracts Manager is Responsible for safe execution of HVAC system at site and on time completion but not limited to below-

Co-ordination with internal stakeholders.
Development of various sub-contractors for all the categories of MEP/HVAC Jobs mainly but not limited to-
Ducting
Insulation
Electrical
Piping-MS,CS, SS,
Vendor with pre-fabricated piping set up based on drawings
Structural fabrication and erection
Tanks
Heavy equipment installation at various levels/elevations
Rigging teams
Plumbing
Painting
Special services like FRP coating, chemical treatments etc..
Should plan for initial set up at various sites across India
Site office set up- containers etc..
Fabrication yard set up
Store set up- fabricated store/storage containers
Vendor development and Finalization of MEWP- equipment’s like boom/scissor lifts, cranes/farahna/vehicles etc
Region specific contractors development
Contractor who can support with more than sufficient manpower even during festivals/religious functions
Contractor rate agreements
Should lead team of 2 to 3 persons

Hands on experience in MEP projects

Required Qualification:- Diploma/Degree

Experience:- 5 to 8 years

Location:- PAN India
