• Contractor’s Role:
• Collaborate with cross functional business partners to understand their business needs, formulate analysis which include, identifying data sources, supporting remediation of identified data issues, including but not limited to delivering effective presentations of findings and recommendations to multiple levels of leadership.
• Support development of standard data analysis, reports, and dashboards.
• Establish and maintain performance tracking, identify improvement opportunity, form hypothesis, propose designs and implements test to drive enterprise strategy.
• Perform ad hoc tracking and monitoring analysis.
• Experience Level: Level 2 (3 to 7 yrs)
• Qualifications: College or University degree and/or relevant proven work experience is required.
• Must Have Skills:
• Overall/Relevant Exp – 3+ Years
• Indepth knowledge of business analysis / Industry Knowledge is required, Data governance
• Excellent 3 years SQL and other languages experience may be necessary.
• Experience with Collibra, Agile & Power BI or other Dashboarding/Visualization tools.
• Ability to work to priority list and tight schedules and to propose solutions to both business and IT.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and problem solving skills are required.
• Good interpersonal skills with the business.
• Highly flexible and adaptable to change.
• Comfortable operating in a technical environment involving complex business logic.
• Nice to Haves:
• Experience with cloud based data platform stacks is an advantage.
• Comfortable operating in a technical environment involving complex business logic.
• Financial Services experience in Client Onboarding, Account Opening, and AML/KYC.
• Experience managing work through tools like ADO, Office 365, Confluence and Miro is necessary.
• A data driven mindset to draw meaningful conclusions and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Exposure and understanding of data management topics and their implications.
• Foundational understanding of data governance and implications to data profiling, cleansing, mastering, privacy, classification, modeling, etc.
• Familiarity with DCAM framework.
• Familiarity with Mesh concepts and Azure cloud computing.
