Contract Recruiting Coordinator

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our TA team in a hybrid role based out of our Pune office for 6 months. You will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both our candidates and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interview Scheduling: Act as the primary point of contact for candidates and hiring teams to coordinate and schedule interviews, including virtual, phone, and in-person meetings.
• Candidate Communication: Provide timely and professional communication to candidates throughout the hiring process, from initial contact to offer acceptance.
• Administrative Support: Assist the Talent Acquisition team with day-to-day administrative tasks, including job posting management, candidate data entry, and file maintenance.
• ATS Management: Utilize our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure all candidate information and recruitment activities are accurately recorded and up-to-date.
• Offer Process Support: Support the offer letter generation and roll-out process, ensuring all documentation is accurate and delivered promptly.
• Onboarding Coordination: Work closely with the HR and hiring teams to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
• Project Support: Assist with special projects and initiatives to improve recruitment processes and the overall candidate experience.

What Youll Bring:

• 2-4 years of experience in a support role within Talent Acquisition.
• Exceptional organizational skills and a meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Specifically Greenhouse and Workday is highly desired
