Core responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers:

    Collaborate to understand staffing needs and create effective hiring strategies.
  • Write and post compelling job openings on various platforms like job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Source candidates:

    Find potential applicants through databases, professional networks, social media, colleges, and other channels.
  • Screen and assess candidates:

    Review resumes, conduct pre-screening interviews, and assess candidates' skills and experience to determine if they are a good fit for the role and company culture.
  • Manage interviews:

    Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Negotiate offers:

    Handle salary discussions and negotiate job offers with the selected candidates.
  • Onboard new hires:

    Complete necessary paperwork and assist with the onboarding process to help new hires get started.
