The primary purpose of this role is to: Provide product support to customers via telephone and is required to be on ACD (Automatic Call Distribution) calls for the entire shift. Application / Infrastructure / Database monitoring. Assess the nature of product or service issues and resolve support problems Skills Required: Excellent communication skills. Good analytical and troubleshooting skills. Application / Infrastructure / Database monitoring experience would be an added advantage.
