Contractor- Product Support Intern

Position Customer Support Intern

The primary purpose of this role is to-

• Provide product support to customers via the telephone and/or Internet (e.g., instant message, email)
• Application/Infrastructure/Database monitoring
• Assess nature of product or service issues and resolve support problems.
• Maintain log of product issues and conveys customer feedback to product development staff Skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Good analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Ready to work in US shifts in 24x7 operational Support environment.
• Application/Infrastructure/Database monitoring would be an added advantage.
  

Qualifications- - Bachelor’s Degree in computer science/IT or relevant work experience or an undergrad appearing for the last semesterExperience- -

Typically requires 0-1 experience

with a demonstrated competence in functional or technical troubleshooting of the assigned products.Travel requirements- - MinimalWorking arrangements-

• Work is performed in a standard office environment with minimal exposure to health or safety hazards
• Able and willing to work on ‘shifts’ or to be on an ‘after hours’ rotation.
