This is an opportunity for a self-starter who thrives in dynamic environments, enjoys the hunt for exceptional talent, and wants to play a meaningful role in shaping the early stages of a high-growth startup.

What You'll Do

• Source & Engage:

  Identify and connect with top candidates in India for technical and consulting roles using creative sourcing strategies, including outreach to passive candidates. Open positions of immediate priority include: AI Engineers, SEO Associate, UX Designer - to name a few*.

• Screen & Evaluate:

  Conduct initial candidate assessments to ensure strong alignment with role requirements and cultural fit.

• Coordinate:

  Manage scheduling by sending calendar links and facilitating communication between candidates and our team.

• Support Hiring Ops:

  Develop organized candidate pipelines and provide regular updates to leadership.

• Represent Our Brand:

  Act as a first point of contact for candidates, showcasing our mission, culture, and vision.

Your Background

• 3+ years of experience in technology recruiting, preferably within startup or early-stage environments.
• Proven success in sourcing and closing candidates for the roles mentioned* above.
• Strong communication skills and ability to create a positive candidate experience.
• Expertise using modern recruiting tools (LinkedIn, Airtable, creating automations).
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple roles and pipelines simultaneously.

Engagement Model

• This is a

  contract, flexible engagement

  (hourly or fixed payment basis) with the opportunity to explore a longer-term role as our hiring needs scale with company growth.
