About the Role We are seeking a Recruiter in India to support our fast-growing team on a flexible, part-time basis. You’ll work closely with our leadership to identify, engage, and evaluate top talent who are excited by the future of agentic AI. What You'll Do Source & Engage: Identify and connect with top candidates in India for technical and consulting roles using creative sourcing strategies, including outreach to passive candidates. Open positions of immediate priority include: AI Engineers, SEO Associate, UX Designer - to name a few*. Screen & Evaluate: Conduct initial candidate assessments to ensure strong alignment with role requirements and cultural fit. Coordinate: Manage scheduling by sending calendar links and facilitating communication between candidates and our team. Support Hiring Ops: Develop organized candidate pipelines and provide regular updates to leadership. Represent Our Brand: Act as a first point of contact for candidates, showcasing our mission, culture, and vision. Your Background 3+ years of experience in technology recruiting, preferably within startup or early-stage environments. Proven success in sourcing and closing candidates for the roles mentioned* above. Strong communication skills and ability to create a positive candidate experience. Expertise using modern recruiting tools (LinkedIn, Airtable, creating automations). Highly organized and able to manage multiple roles and pipelines simultaneously.
