Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for corporate roles.
• Partner with business leaders to understand hiring requirements.
• Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, and networks.
• Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates for various positions.
• Ensure smooth candidate experience and timely communication.
• Maintain recruitment reports, dashboards, and compliance records.
• Support employer branding and talent engagement initiatives.
Requirements
• 1-3 years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in IT / Software / Startup facing industries.
• Hands-on experience with job portals, ATS, and social media hiring.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Graduate/MBA in HR preferred.
