Role Overview: As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, your role involves managing end-to-end recruitment for corporate roles. This includes partnering with business leaders to understand hiring requirements, developing and executing effective sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, and networks, screening, interviewing, and shortlisting candidates for various positions. You also have the responsibility of ensuring a smooth candidate experience and timely communication, maintaining recruitment reports, dashboards, and compliance records, and supporting employer branding and talent engagement initiatives. Qualifications Required: - 3+ years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in IT / ITES/ Software industries. - Hands-on experience with job portals, ATS, and social media hiring. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. - Graduate/MBA in HR preferred.,
