Job Description

As a Continuous Improvement Lead at Capgemini, you will have the opportunity to shape your career path while being supported by a collaborative global community. Your role will involve leading continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and productivity analysis to enhance IT service management. You will implement automation and industrialization to improve ADM delivery efficiency, analyze project financials, collaborate with stakeholders, and build dashboards to track KPIs. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and productivity analysis. - Drive IT service management enhancements, focusing on Incident and Problem Management. - Implement automation and industrialization to improve ADM delivery efficiency. - Analyze project financials (cost/revenue), identify cost drivers, and support cost control. - Collaborate with stakeholders and clients to co-create value and present improvement outcomes. - Build dashboards and reports to track KPIs and showcase operational improvements. **Qualifications Required:** - Strong experience in ADM delivery and application maintenance processes. - Proficiency in ITIL practices and service management frameworks. - Expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, and process improvement methodologies. - Financial acumen in cost analysis, budgeting, and effort optimization. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Hands-on experience with automation tools (e.g., UiPath, Power Automate) and data analytics platforms (Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
