The Opportunity
This role will focus driving Lean & Six Sigma practices, PMO activities for transformation projects (Project Blossom) including governance through gate model and preparation and maintenance of stakeholder communication across finance community.
How You’ll Make An Impact
- Working on the identification and execution of Continuous Improvement plans and oversees tactical projects completion.
- Assisting with CI program administration and coordination, including the development and execution of CI deployment plans.
- Using experience to drive process improvement initiatives throughout CP&O.
- Independently managing the daily execution of value stream processes, sub processes, and work streams to ensure completion of milestones on time and within scope of projects.
- Monitor and track overall progress of the projects under the transformation program.
- Maintain the status of milestones and deliverables across the projects under the program.
- Identify the project/program risks and steps to be taken to mitigate these risks.
- Ensure the governance through adherence to defined Quality Gate Model structure.
- Setup Quality gate review and cadence for the projects.
- Gather and maintain project documentation in common SharePoint site.
- Prepare standardized templates to support efficient execution of the projects.
- Driving collaboration and team-based problem solving in executing projects for transformation program.
- Working with cross-functional teams to select and implement tools and methodologies that will enable capturing best practices.
- Driving CI capability and culture change for CP&O through best practice sharing, vocal advocacy, and visible leadership, which includes identification and implementation of opportunities.
- Driving best in the class performance management framework for all business lines.
- Prepares presentations, communications, and training materials to enable change management and success of project initiatives.
- Conducting Training, workshops and driving a Lean six Sigma Culture and project management.
- Responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your Background
- Bachelor’s / master’s degree from a reputed university.
- 5+ years of overall experience with 2+ years in business analyst role.
- Strong inter-personnel, analytical, and presentation skills.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Proficiency in both speaking and written in English language is required.
