Role Description

We are seeking a Content Strategist who is passionate about travel and has the

creative flair to grow our brand across multiple platforms. You will be responsible for managing

all of WizTrek’s social media channels, engaging with our community, and developing &

executing strategies to drive engagement, increase brand awareness, and showcase the

authentic, personalized journeys we offer. If you live and breathe travel, content creation, and

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation & Strategy:

  Develop and execute a social media strategy, creating

high-quality, well-researched content that aligns with our brand. Prioritize quality over

quantity, ensuring each piece adds real value.

• Content Formats

  : Independently produce engaging content across formats: i) Emails for engagement ii)Photos, Videos, Reels, Stories for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. ii) Blog Posts & Articles to

provide in-depth insights on destinations and travel trends.

• Storytelling:

  Craft compelling stories that showcase WizTrek’s unique travel experiences,

ensuring authenticity and creativity in every post.

• Community Engagement:

  Engage with followers, respond to comments and queries, and

build a loyal online community.

• Performance Analysis:

  Track and analyze content performance using social media tools

to optimize strategies for better engagement.

• Stay Current:

  Keep up with social media trends and updates to ensure our content stays

fresh and relevant.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in content writing and social media, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.
• Proven track record of growing social media channels and driving engagement through creative content.
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and experience with social media management tools.
• Excellent content creation skills, including photography, video production, and editing (experience with tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent).
• Passion for travel storytelling and a strong eye for detail when it comes to visual content.
• Creativity & Communication: Ability to think outside the box and develop content that
• resonates with international audiences.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a talent for turning complex information into engaging content.

We're looking for someone who can take end-to-end responsibility: Manage both content

production and social media management independently, taking ownership of the entire

process from creation to engagement.
