Role Overview

Content Strategist

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with brand, marketing, and sales goals.
• Create engaging content for

  parents, students, and partners

  , including blogs, social media posts, emails, newsletters, website copy, and video scripts.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and operations teams to ensure messaging consistency across all channels.
• Plan and manage content calendars to support campaigns, launches, and seasonal initiatives.
• Research and identify trending topics in

  education, parenting, and mentorship

  to create relevant, value-driven content.
• Optimize content for SEO and performance tracking using analytics tools.
• Repurpose existing content into various formats (reels, blog snippets, guides, etc.) to maximize reach.
• Support brand storytelling by capturing success stories, testimonials, and community highlights.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in content strategy, copywriting, or brand communications (preferably in edtech or parenting-focused brands).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong understanding of social media, email marketing, and content analytics.
• Experience with SEO tools and AI-based content tools is a plus.
• Creative thinker with strong storytelling and audience empathy.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
