With over 30 years of hands-on expertise, our team specializes in tailor-made journeys for groups, FITs and MICE, connecting the world to the best of South Asia across themes like leisure / luxury, adventure, wildlife, spirituality, education, culinary and other special interests. Role Description This is a hybrid role sitting at the intersection of sales enablement, communications, and lightweight operations . You’ll be the engine behind our outreach, follow-ups, proposals, and CRM — making sure nothing slips through the cracks, and everything client-facing looks polished and feels thoughtful. You’ll work directly with the founder (IIT Delhi, Wharton alumnus) and support sales conversations with travel advisors, retreat hosts, travel creators, and group organizers. Key responsibilities include: 1) Outreach & Communications Support Draft and send outreach messages to travel advisors, retreat hosts, and influencers Customize follow-up emails based on context, goals, and past conversations Set up and manage email flows for trip guests — reminders, info forms, payment links, etc. 2) Sales Enablement & Collateral Build and update trip proposals and itineraries using Canva & Google Docs Help prepare for trade shows or sales meetings 3) Website, CRM & Content Management Keep Wix website content updated through CMS — new pages, copy edits, images Maintain our CRM (HubSpot) with accurate contact info, deal stages, and notes Oversee and update internal content databases — hotel & supplier rates, experience descriptions, and itinerary building blocks Skills & Qualifications 1–4 years of experience in startup generalist roles, sales operations, client servicing, marketing ops, or a similar execution-focused role Excellent written English and a sharp eye for structure, tone, and visuals — you can draft emails, proposals, and documents that sound polished and professional Confident using software & tools like Canva, Wix, Google Workspace, and HubSpot Strong attention to detail and follow-through — you keep things moving without being chased A growth mindset — curious, coachable, and willing to figure things out High standards, but also a team player who enjoys rolling up their sleeves when needed Bonus: if you've had exposure to international audiences, and love travel!
