About the job:

We are looking for an exceptional Creative Content Writer with a proven track record in agency environments, ready to bring bold ideas and innovative storytelling to our clients. This is not just a writing role; it's a position that requires a highly creative thinker with the ability to shape content strategy and alongside a team of talented writers and creators. You’ll be at the forefront of our creative output, driving campaigns that are not only relevant but ahead of industry trends.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Ideate & Execute: Conceptualize and craft engaging, on-brand content across various mediums including digital, social media, video, and print.

2. Lead & Inspire: Support departmental objectives by delivering high-quality visual content aligned with client and brand guidelines.

3. Content Strategy: Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to develop content strategies that amplify brand messaging and resonate with target audiences.

4. Trend Savvy: Stay ahead of industry trends, incorporating the latest innovations in digital marketing, storytelling, and content creation.

5. Quality Control: Review and edit content to ensure high-quality standards, maintaining the brand voice, and optimizing for performance.

6. Client Engagement: Occasionally interact with clients to present ideas, receive feedback, and align on content strategies.

Qualifications:

1. Experience: Minimum 2 years of content creation experience in an agency setting, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work across multiple formats.

2. Creativity: Exceptional creative thinking and storytelling abilities with a knack for transforming complex ideas into compelling narratives.

3. Leadership Skills: Proven experience in managing and motivating creative teams to deliver high-quality work consistently.

4. Market Insight: Up to date with content marketing trends, emerging platforms, and audience engagement strategies.

5. Communication: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate and advocate for creative vision effectively.

Requirements:

(A) 2+ years of work experience with Content Development

(B) 2+ years of work experience with Web Content Writing

(C) Fluent in English and Malayalam
