About the Role:

We are looking for a Content Strategist who is passionate about digital content, social media, and storytelling. In this role, you will get hands-on experience in content research, planning, and strategy across multiple platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.). You will work closely with the creative, design, and marketing teams to ideate and structure content that engages audiences and drives growth.

Key Responsibilities:

* Research trending topics, hashtags, formats, and competitors across social media platforms.

* Assist in developing content calendars for different platforms and campaigns.

* Brainstorm creative content ideas that align with brand objectives and audience interests.

* Collaborate with video editors, designers, and writers to ensure content is strategic and on-brand.

* Analyse content performance metrics (engagement, reach, watch-time, CTR) and suggest improvements.

* Support in crafting hooks, captions, scripts, and campaign ideas.

* Stay updated with emerging trends, viral formats, and platform algorithm updates.

* Participate in ideation sessions and contribute fresh, innovative concepts.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

* Strong interest in content marketing, digital media, and social platforms.

* Creative mindset with the ability to think of unique content ideas.

* Basic understanding of social media analytics & insights (Instagram Insights, YouTube Analytics, etc.).

* Strong communication and writing skills (English proficiency a must; Hindi/vernacular is a plus).

* Familiarity with tools like Notion, Trello, Google Sheets, or Canva is an advantage.

* Prior experience in content creation (internships/freelance) is a plus, but not mandatory.
